Welcome Conventioneers!

 welcomes vendors and organizations,   festivals, entertainers and crafters to display their wares and show off   their talents at our First annual faire/convention, in Lexington, VA. 

We are building a vibrant, colorful show in   the state most linked to Elizabeth I, with historical roots to the Renaissance. We are looking for vendors for our  convention who want to promote themselves, their organizations, their shows   and their merchandise. Visitors to the   convention will include patrons eager to learn more about how to become part   of festivals, participants who seek industry needs (merchant services, tents,   etc), and festivals and their representation who are promoting their shows   and seeking to add to their own events. 

Join guilds, actors, musicians   and street performers, as we bring the Renaissance to life in the Shenandoah   Valley.  Local and regional food, beer,   and wine vendors will offer succulent dining, including mouth-watering   desserts, savory fare and time-honored turkey legs. A Kid's Kingdom, with   child friendly games, entertainment and activities will bring delight to   families.

This event, the first of its   kind, will make its home at the Virginia Horse Center, a 600-acre facility,   in the heart of Lexington. With   commanding views of the Blue Ridge Mountains, and close to interstates,   shopping and lodging, it is a well known and easily accessible location. The   horse center provides camping, from primitive to full hook ups, showers,   security and other amenities, all with the potential for growth. The surrounding town is host to many hotels   and camping facilities as well.

The show dates are the first weekend of December (4th and 5th), in the heart of the mountain Fall. In addition to the Renaissance Faire,   convention floor, and panels/classes, participant evening events may be featured.

We would love to have you at the Con in 2021! Our aim is to make this an enjoyable experience for patrons and   participants alike, a national attraction, and a show that you will love to   return to every season to come!
